NE PA Mobile Banking App—Convenient Banking & Much More

With the NE PA Mobile app, you can easily access your accounts on the go, whenever and wherever you need it. Our mobile app has many convenient features. In this article, we share a few favorites.

 

8 Time-Saving Features of the NE PA Mobile App

  • Remote Deposit: Conveniently deposit your checks anytime, anywhere with Remote Deposit. You can deposit personal checks, payroll checks, or treasury checks (up to $2,000 per day/$10,000 per month). Sign up for Remote Deposit through the app and start using this feature right away.
  • Transfers between NE PA accounts: You can transfer money between all your NE PA accounts with just a few clicks. Select the “Transfer” tab to get started.
  • Transfers between NE PA accounts and external accounts:  You can conveniently transfer money to/from accounts that you have at other financial institutions. To set up an external account, select “Accounts” from the main menu, tap the + symbol, and select “Make external transfers” and follow the prompts to add an account from another financial institution. Once the external account is set up, it will be available as an option for you to select whenever you do a transfer. 
  • Credit Score: This free service allows you to view your credit score and full credit report. 
  • Free Bill Pay: Save money and time when you use Bill Pay. No more writing out checks or buying stamps! Just one login required—no need to log in to different company websites to make payments. Set up one-time payments or recurring payments. Select “Bill Pay” from the main menu to get started.
  • Secure Messages: If you have a question about a transaction or you are unsure how to make a change on your account, just send us a message. From the Dashboard, click the “Message” tab to send a secure message to a member service representative.
  • Account Statements: Viewing your statements online is easy. From the dashboard, click on your checking or savings account, and then click on “Documents” from the menu. You can also enroll in e-Statements, which is not only environmentally friendly but also may help protect you from identity theft resulting from stolen mail. Enroll through the app or send a secure message to a member service representative.
  • Start a Video Call: If you need assistance, you can start a Video Call to speak with a Member Service Representative. From the dashboard, click on your checking or savings account, and then select “Video Call” from the menu.
