Help Protect Your Credit Union Account

 

Two simple steps can help protect your account(s) from unwanted transactions and fraud.

 

  1. Update your contact information including: home/mobile phone numbers, address, and your email address.
  2. Set up account alerts.

 

To update your contact information, simply log in to your credit union account(s). Click on your Profile image in the lower left-hand corner of the dashboard and then click Settings.

 

To set up account alerts, simply log in to your credit union account(s). Click on Account Alerts from the Main Menu. There are more than 20 alert options available.

If you haven’t done so already, enroll in Credit Score. NE PA Credit Union members can use Credit Score for free to track their credit score (TransUnion VantageScore) and view a full credit report.
