Start a Video Call to speak with a Video Member Service Representative (MSR). Save time with this convenient, personalized service. Now there is no need to leave the comfort of your home to travel to the branch.

Video MSRs can help you to:

  • Open new accounts (Savings, Checking, IRAs, Certificates)
  • Apply for a loan and sign documents (Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Signature Loans)
  • Get answers to account questions
  • Set up or change direct deposit
  • Handle Visa credit and/or debit card disputes
  • And more!


Video MSRs are available during regular business hours using your smartphone or tablet:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm


There are several ways to connect with a Video MSR. Use the one that’s most convenient for you.

  • Start a Video Call on our website.
  • Log in to your NE PA account via online or mobile banking. Click on Savings or Checking and then click on the Video Call option.
  • Download the NE PA Video Banking app on your mobile device.
